Item isn't what you wanted or expected? Doesn't fit or feel the way you hoped? Simply return your gear for any reason within 30 days for a refund. Your experience is our #1 priority and we want you to love your new gear. To receive a full refund your returned product must be new, unused, and with tags and packaging included. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns that have been worn, washed, or in any way used.
If you wish to replace your item for a different size or color, please place a new order for the desired product and send your original item in for a full refund.
All merchandise we carry will be replaced or repaired for a minimum of one year should there be any manufacturer defect. If you need to have your item repaired or replaced, please reach us at help@mr-s-leather.com so we can assist you with the best solution.
